- Mainly processed by fire. Quartz products are installed in diffusion furnace process, and processed into the required size. The main equipment manufacturers are TEL, KE, and ASM.
BOAT
- Use NC cutting machine for slot processing, three-dimensional inspection to confirm slot size.
- High level of precision machining. Strict control on parallelism and perpendicularity to reduce process errors.
