Reclaim Wafer
We recycle the used silicon wafer, and then make these wafer as clean and flat as those original monitor wafers by the manufacture process and quality control which is as strict as producing the original wafer. As the result, these reclaim wafer could not only become monitor wafers but be used in furnaces.
